my oh so spicy pusit

this is a dish i learned from my cousin's househelp many many years ago. imagine, i was still in law school when it was taught to me? she (sorry, her name escaped me) was from Bukidnon and she fondly called me "liya".

(this is a shabby photo. this is my baon, and half of this i ate during lunchtime)
Pusit

1. Cook/tenderize the pusit in konting sprite or mountain dew (kung san
ka loyal na brand) until there is no more sabaw.
2. Saute pusit in butter and onions (lots of onions).
3. When the pusit becomes a bit juicy because of the onions, put siling
     labuyo.
4. To season, put salt, ground pepper and little brown sugar.
5. That's it PUSIT!

I swear, if you're a squid lover and loves to eat spicy foods, this is it. my 11 year old son enjoys eating  this dish too.
